We are excited to announce that members at Saskatchewan Wildlife Assets Management (SWAM) have ratified a three-year collective bargaining agreement! The agreement, which is effective from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2025, includes an 8% wage increase over three years. The agreement includes: 

• General wage increases of 3% (2022), 3% (2023) and 1.67% (2024)

The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time. Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their current contact information to receive a link to their new collective agreement once it is available.
