Crown and Community Services AGM

The Crown and Community Services sectors hosted their AGMs on October 21 and 22, which included an entertaining evening of learning the basics of painting.

Crown Sector VP Steve Lavallee also presented Jean Sentes with her Associate Member Certificate. Jean is a retired SGEU member from the Crown Sector. She was the Chair of the WCB Bargaining Unit during which she was a leader in negotiating pay equity provisions for women in her bargaining unit. Jean was always active in her union, holding numerous positions on her sector executive until she retired in 2011.
