The Government of Saskatchewan has proclaimed October 29 to November 4, 2023, as Health Care Providers’ Week in Saskatchewan.
Every day, health care providers work behind the scenes to care for the people of Saskatchewan. They include care aides; licensed practical nurses; medical laboratory and diagnostic technologists and technicians; environment and laundry services workers; food service staff; office workers; therapy and recreation workers; and maintenance staff—just to name a few.
This week is to acknowledge everything you do to keep our communities healthy and safe. We are so proud to represent you, and we will continue bargaining for a fair contract to ensure your hard work is recognized.
