MUCC Scholarship Application Form
This $250 scholarship is open only to MUCC students in grade 12 during the current school term, will attend post-secondary in the fall and whose parent/guardina is a member in good stadning of SGEU Local 3354-1.
How to apply
- Apply to the Melfort Collegiate naming the place of employment that the parent/guardian works at.
- Fill out the form below. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you.
- Send a copy of the letter of acceptance or conditional acceptance from the post-secondary institute along with your application to be forwarded to SGEU Local 3354-1.
Scholarship amount: $250
The school will select the recipient and verify the parent/guardian's membership beofre naming the recipient at graduation.
