Join the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and OSI-CAN Saskatchewan for a series of Indigenous Sweat Ceremonies, offering therapeutic benefits such as introspection, purification, and renewal. These ceremonies provide a unique and impactful experience that complements traditional mental health support.

In keeping with tradition, it is customary to bring a small gift or donation as a gesture of respect and gratitude for participating in the sweat lodge ceremony. Consider bringing offerings such as tobacco, sage, or a small monetary donation.
